for psychiatric damages, disability and fitness for duty.
In the workplace, the occupational/forensic psychiatrist
can be an important part of the hiring process. The occupational/forensic
psychiatrist may be asked to consider whether a claimed disability is
valid and work-related. Additionally, we provide timely services to Employee
Assistance Programs.
Organizations can also benefit from an expert consultation
evaluating its response strategies to employees, supervisory responsibility,
or maintenance of health care standards and American with Disabilities
claims (ADA).
